The Corporate Reorganisation Group (CRG) specialises in all forms of corporate insolvency administration, financial restructuring, investigation and reporting – providing clients with important advice and hands-on turnaround services.

Put simply CRG rescue distressed businesses by working with them closely to either turn them around or close them down. We also offer advice and help organisations restructure and streamline their corporate structures.

What you will be doing

Our day to day work is truly unique; you could be investigating and advising clients on how to improve their businesses, analysing financial forecasts, preparing for and holding creditors’ meetings, or assisting in the trading on of a variety of different organisations.

For example, on some insolvency appointments, we are responsible for running a business for a short period of time whilst steps are taken to formulate a rescue plan – this will often involve a period of hands-on trading and, ultimately, a sale refinancing of the business.

You’ll regularly be in and out of client sites and deal directly with our clients. You will work closely with company personnel, making decisions in a challenging environment and assisting senior management in negotiations with key customers and suppliers. Where appropriate, you may also become involved in assisting with the sale of a business. You will get the opportunity to learn in depth the ins and outs about a vast array of industries.
